Ethnicraft came into being in the mid-1990s when founder Philippe Delaisse had a container of Indonesian objects shipped to Belgium. The unexpected interest became the starting point of a furniture brand that, thirty years later, still revolves around solid wood.

Ethnicraft makes tables, cabinets, beds, chairs and outdoor furniture from solid wood: teak from Indonesia, oak from France and Serbia, walnut from the United States. Every piece ages beautifully and carries the marks of daily use, a philosophy the brand also translated into ReLoved, a platform for second-hand and slightly damaged furniture.
